Data Deletion Policy

At ESIMIFY GLOBAL LTD ("eSIMify"), you are in control of your personal data. This policy explains how you can delete your account and personal data, and what happens when you submit a deletion request.

1. Delete it yourself

The fastest way to delete your account is through self-service. Sign in to your eSIMify account and go to My Profile → Delete Account.

Deleting your account will permanently remove your account and associated personal data, subject to any information we are legally required to retain.

2. Request deletion

You can also request deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected] or messaging our WhatsApp support at +44 7343 115992 from your registered contact details.

We may need to verify your identity before processing your deletion request to protect your account and personal information.

3. What gets deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we will delete or anonymise personal information associated with your account where reasonably possible, including:

• Your profile information
• Contact details
• Account preferences
• Other personal information that is no longer required for legitimate business or legal purposes

4. What we may retain

We may retain a limited amount of information, such as invoices, payment records, transaction records, or other business records, where we are required to do so by applicable legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or other legal obligations.

Retained information will be kept only for the period required and will not be used for purposes unrelated to those obligations.

5. Third-party service providers

Where personal information has been processed by essential service providers on our behalf, we may request deletion or anonymisation where applicable and where permitted by law.

Some information may continue to be retained by service providers where they are independently required to retain it for legal, regulatory, security, or operational purposes.

6. Timeline

Verified deletion requests will be actioned promptly and, where applicable, within 30 days of receiving and verifying the request.

If additional time is required due to the complexity of the request or applicable legal requirements, we will inform you where required by law.
